Refund requests must be made within:
14 days of purchase for downloadable/one-time software
7 days of the initial subscription payment
After these periods, no refunds will be issued.
To qualify for a refund:
The product must not have been extensively used or abused.
You must provide a valid reason for the dissatisfaction.
In the case of technical issues, you must allow our support team to attempt resolution.

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless requested within the refund window.
